COMPANY PROFILE
HISTORY:
Trade Wind Builders,
Inc. opened in February of 1997. Mack Mosier used his talents and
20 years of extensive construction experience to open his custom
home building business based in Merritt Island, located in the center
of Brevard County, Florida. Mack builds custom homes or adapts one
of his standard floor plans to suit the client's needs. Customers
generally have their home-site when they come to Mack. However,
if needed he will assist by contacting his associates at real estate
companies specializing in vacant property or by personally driving
clients around the Brevard communities that fit their personal preferences
and budget.
When Mack first
started the company, he made an agreement to himself to remain a
small company. He loves working with people, and stays very involved
with the client from the design stage through final construction
and warranty of the home. He understands that the clients are placing
a lot of trust in him when they sign an agreement. He is committed
to giving the homebuyer the individual attention they deserve when
building their dream home. Mack spends a lot of time up front with
clients analyzing their home site, detailing their blueprints and
making sure they are getting the best possible value for their money.
Trade Wind Builders
goal is to build about 25 to 30 homes each year. This allows Mack
to stay personally involved in each home with the assistance of
his staff, consisting of field superintendents, office staff and
punch / warranty crew. Mack also has an on-site design company,
Blue Line Design, which conveniently allows the homebuyer to save
time and money by designing their home while at the same time consulting
with Mack to see that the home stays within its desired budget.
THE
HOMES:
Trade Wind offers
a wide variety of different home styles. Standard floor plans range
in living size from 1800 SF. to 3500 SF. Our custom homes range
from 2000 SF up to 5000 SF. A wide variety of selections are available
from various suppliers and subcontractors which allows our customers
to have a good selection of finish items in the home. Only your
dreams and budget limit your individual home.
Mack attributes
Trade Wind's success to customer referrals. Satisfied Trade Wind
homeowners send Mack the majority of his new clients. Mack has been
able to acquire a team of sub-contractors and suppliers who provide
excellent materials and workmanship, and they are always there when
Mack needs them.
Mack's rewards
are simple. He often visits with new homebuyers once their home
is completed and they have settled in. Seeing them enjoying their
home and the pride they have in it gives Mack a feeling of achievement
and satisfaction that is unexplainable. Satisfied customers are
Mack's ultimate reward.
