TRADE WIND APPROACH
The process begins with your imagination, a sketch on a napkin, clippings from a magazine, or simply your ideas. You can also choose to start from one of our previously built plans. Trade Wind Builders, Inc. and Blue line Design will work closely with you as you begin to mold your dream home by sketching a floor plan that reflects your desires, needs and budget. After you have approved the preliminary design and cost, Trade Wind Builders, Inc. will work with you to fine tune the design and specifications of your project.
